Materials:

Yarn: You can take yarn of your choice, here I have used 100% cotton DK yarn.

Hook: Choose the hook size according to the yarn, I have used 4.5 mm.

  • ch sp- chain space
  • tyw – turn you work
  • st – stitch
  • f/o – finished off
  • *…* – repeat across the row

How to crochet: striped double crochet mesh stitch

Here we are making a swatch . Chain 34 (even number)

Row 1: 1 dc in the fourth chain from the hook

*Chain 1, skip 1 st, 1 dc*

Row 2: chain 3, tyw,

*1 dc in ch sp , 1 dc in the previous row st, 1 dc in ch sp*

Row 3-6: repeat row 1 and 2

f/o, weave the ends.
