• step 1 – Make a chain
• Step 2: Yarn Over Twice – In double crochet, yarn over is done once, but in triple crochet, yarn over has to be done twice.
• Step 3: Insert Hook – Insert the hook into the desired stitch or chain.
• Step 4: Pull Up a Loop – Yarn over and pull up a loop → you will now have 4 loops on your hook.
• Step 5: Work Off Loops –
• Yarn over, pull through 2 loops first → (3 loops left).
• Yarn over again, pull through 2 loops → (2 loops left).
• Last time, yarn over, pull through 2 loops → (1 loop left).

And there you have it, a perfect triple crochet stitch!

• Stitches looking uneven? → Keep your tension even, pulling each loop to the same height.
• Are the holes too big? Try a smaller hook or keep your grip tight.
• Is the stitch leaning or twisting? → Check your turning chain (chain 4) and adjust it tight/loose.
• Do you forget counting? → Place the stitch marker on the last stitch in each row.
